Shoals has had more than 14,000 COVID cases
There have been more than 14,000 cases of COVID-19 and 293 deaths in the Shoals, according to the latest figures from the Alabama Department of Health.
In Colbert County, there have been 5,894 cases, including 287 in the last two weeks, and 111 deaths.
In Lauderdale County, there have been 8,399 cases, including 405 in the last 14 days, and 182 deaths.
Nearby, in Franklin County, there have been 3,923 cases, including 148 in the last two weeks, and 69 deaths.
Statewide, there have been 474,666 cases, including 29,763 in the last 14 days, and 8,579 deaths, according to the data.
